The Coho Fillet Knife at 13" overall is designed for medium and larger-sized fish, the Coho sports an 8.5" cutting edge. Flat ground and razor sharp, fish will fillet beautifully with this knife. Made of 440C stainless steel, the full-tang handle construction is double-riveted with a brass lanyard sleeve that makes handle shift impossible. The comfortable Suregrip handle provides a positive grip. The Cojo Fillet Knife includes a Kydex-lined sheath.
