This is a great pistol for the money. Armscor/RIA have nailed it on how to build a quality 1911; yet, keep it affordable for the average Joe! Understand that this pistol is a GI Model. Nonetheless, if you do your part, this pistol will hit where you aim. I will have my gunsmith add on nightsights, a Wilson beavertail; a combat hammer; VZ Grips, and finally, a competition trigger. Even with the alterations, one must still still concentrate if you want to be proficient with any 1911. The 1911 is in a different class. A final note, I have never experienced a single problem with the magazine sent with this pistol.
