This innovative product is accurate, softshooting and easy to accessorize. Today's shooter demands a gun that can accept a large assortment of accessories and the Cx4 meets the challenge. A retractable Picatinny rail extends from the forend for mounting tactical lights. Picatinny rails can be mounted on either side (one side rail included) and bottom of the forend for lasers or forward grips. A full length aluminum top rail is included for mounting optics. This light and compact gun also features a unique patented design that allows the user to reverse ejection and extraction with no special tools or additional parts. Combined with the reversible safety and magazine buttons, the Cx4 is the ideal solution for lefthanded shooters. Length-of-pull can be adjusted with the addition and removal of 1/2" spacers (one included). The Cx4 accepts the Beretta family of pistol magazines in various capacities. From the 20 round magazines of the 92 and Px4 pistols, to the 17 round magazines of the .40 caliber Px4, there is a Cx4 configuration to complement every Beretta pistol.

Purchased new in Fall of 2015. Found no flaws or problems with it on inspection. Appears to be well made.
Accuracy: Can produce one hole one inch bullseyes at 25 yards with 4X scope using sand bag rests.
Ammo Capability: Handled a mixture of Remington, CCI Blazer Brass, Federal and Winchester w/o problems. Also fired some very old handloads left-over from the 90's and they worked. No failures of any type with any ammo. Only used 115gr ammo except for 90gr handloads and 147gr Winchester Black Talon rounds.
Magazines are PX4 style and worked w/o problems. You will need a UpLula to load them. Very stiff. 17 or 20 round magazines are available. All magazines were Beretta magazines.
Mods: Added a muzzle brake and an extra pad under the butt plate to lengthen the stock plus a quick mount scope set-up.
Ergonomics: For me personally quite good. Easy to shoot. Levels of noise are comfortable but use ear plugs.
Cons: The usual you will hear about CX4 rifles. Trigger is heavy and breaks at 7.5lbs per Wheeler gauge. Drags some. Snappy on recoil (9mm ??). The bolt comes back fast and hits a plastic stop plate - kind of hard. A little fussy on ammo. Did best with Winchester white box 115gr's and the handloads. No regrets about buying it. Works much better than the Marlin Camp 9 I once owned.
