Had problems with first gun shipped. The gun was shooting way off target and was mis-firing BADLY. Sent the gun to Colorado Gunworks in Indiana and eventually it was discovered that the gun frame was defective.

Colorado Gunworks then provided a new gun via Bersa and this one works perfectly.

Beware, if you have any problems and have to ship the gun off, CALL BERSA FIRST TO SET UP A REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE UPS SHIPPING. If you don't call beforehand the most Bersa will reimburse is $40.

UPS has some terrible rules about shipping firearms, so be prepared if you ever have problems with your firearm. Talked to the Hinterland rep on the phone briefly and he was very courteous.

UPS has a rule that, even though a gun serial number is registered in your name, when you have a problem with a gun and have to send it off to a qualified factory repair center they still require proof of a CCL license from the repair shop.

But the replacement gun was shipped back to me directly and I am not a certified gun dealer. Go figure.

I bought this pistol years ago for a gun to keep in my pick up...I put ALOT of rounds through it without a hickup! since then..I've bought another 380 and a nine!
