THE BEST TARGET SHOTGUN EVER BUILT.
Unlike other low profile guns that rely on undersized trunnions and narrow, tapered pins to lock up their receivers, the 725 still has the rugged full-width hinge pin and transverse mounted locking bolt design of the original Citori. That means the 725 Sporting is built strong enough to compete year after year and round after round of breaking clay targets. While this kind of use will wear out lesser low profile over and unders, it simply wears a Citori in.
If that isn't enough, the new Fire Lite Mechanical Trigger delivers a smooth pull with a lighter squeeze than other Citori sporting guns. Inflex Technology recoil control keeps you shooting all day with none of the beat down feeling you can get with lesser recoil pads. Not to mention the totally redesigned Invector DS choke system gives more consistent patterns with more predictable scaling of chock constrictions than ever before. When you choose a choke for a certain shot you know you are getting what you need.
With all the strength of the legendary Citori, plus all the performance and recoil absorbing advantages of a lower profile, the 725 is the total performance package that will have your competition running scared.

Easy transaction, as usual. Just put 100 rounds though it at trap field, virtually no felt recoil. I had never fired a 725 before purchasing this one, but had shouldered one and they fit me , mid bead and front bead lining up perfectly. This is why I purchased this over the Beretta Silver Pigeon 1. Is it worth $500-$600 more the the Beretta? I don't know but it does have better wood. It does not come with a hard case like the Beretta, which it probably should have at this price range. DS chokes worked pretty good. I used full and modified for this first time shooting it and the full totally vaporized the bird when I was on, I actually did not see any chips on a few occasions. I know there has been some inconsistent choke marking in the past so I will pattern these chokes as soon as I get a chance to see which ones I should use for various games. I just started shooting sporting clays and can't wait to try my new Browning out on them. Overall very satisfied with purchase and with Hinterland. Also, spoke with Brett several times before making purchase; he was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My second firearm purchase from Hinterland and definitely won't be my last.

I have talked to a few people about this gun. I also have a friend that is very interested in buying one as well. I own a 525 know and I'm looking forward to owning this new Browning 725 as soon as possible.
