Product Description

Unlike other low profile guns that rely on undersized trunnions and narrow, tapered pins to lock up their receivers, the 725 still has the rugged full-width hinge pin and transverse mounted locking bolt design of the original Citori. That means the 725 Sporting is built strong enough to compete year after year and round after round of breaking clay targets. While this kind of use will wear out lesser low profile over and unders, it simply wears a Citori in.

If that isn't enough, the new Fire Lite Mechanical Trigger delivers a smooth pull with a lighter squeeze than other Citori sporting guns. Inflex Technology recoil control keeps you shooting all day with none of the beat down feeling you can get with lesser recoil pads. Not to mention the totally redesigned Invector DS choke system gives more consistent patterns with more predictable scaling of chock constrictions than ever before. When you choose a choke for a certain shot you know you are getting what you need.

With all the strength of the legendary Citori, plus all the performance and recoil absorbing advantages of a lower profile, the 725 is the total performance package that will have your competition running scared.

I found this site through Google and boy am I glad I did. I have been shopping for an over and under shotgun for months and trying to find the best price I could. I also was entertaining the thought of ordering off the internet, which I had never attempted before due the the fact of all the hassle(or so I thought). The folks at Hinterland made the process so easy I don't know why I haven't been buying this way all along. I placed my order on Sunday night and picked my gun up at my FFL on Friday afternoon. I saved almost $400 by buying from Hinterland. I know this is more a review on Hinterland rather that this gun but lets face you really need a review on a Browning Citori? HAHA

My 12 year old likes this gun better than both the 20 gauge Browning Cynergy, and the 20 gauge Beretta 686 Silver Pigeon. The ported barrels seem to reduce some of the kick and the end result is this is a comfortable 12 gauge to use frequently. My son shot 50 rounds using this and 25 rounds using both the aforementioned guns yesterday, and this is the second weekend in a row that his favorite to shoot was the Citori 725. I like all three, but I concur with him, we have enjoyed this gun. I highly recommend this gun.
