The Bulldog is tough enough to harness the stopping power of .44 Special ammunition. The Bulldog's 21 ounces make this a lightweight powerhouse, and the 2.5-inch barrel makes it one of the larger revolvers to qualify for conceal carry. A full-size, soft black rubber grip makes shooting comfortable. The small, lightweight stainless steel frame, fixed front sight and tremendous stopping power make the .44 Bulldog the ultimate carry gun in a stainless or blue finish.

I've had a Bull Dog 44 stainless for about 3 years now. It was rough at first, and it did shoot low, which seems to be a common theme on most Charter Arms handguns.
I filed down the front sight until it hit just about 1 inch high at 7 yards. Now its right on. It can shoot better than I can. I shoot Hornady Personal Defense ammo and it will put every slug down the same hole in a target as long as I do my part. I cast and load a 240 grain slug, and I do find that after about 15-20 rounds, I've about had enough for the day.
I love that big hole in the business end! That's intimidating.
The Bull Dog is a great value. For the price, you just can't beat them. I am looking to add the new 9mm rimless 6 shooter to the gun safe right now.

Great ccw gun - small, light, and tons of power. Also, price won't empty your bank account.

If you're tired of auto-loaders and want to get back to basics, this revolver is the way to go - plenty of power for self defense and good concealment. Price is right, nice little stubby cannon. Lifetime warranty-
I really like mine!
