This is my favorite gun in the world! It is loud when fired but, oh well, I don't care. I like the recoil.

Just returned from the range today after my fist time shooting my Cimarron Plinkerton revolver. I have the model with both .22LR and .22 WMR cylinders. The gun has a heavier feel than you might expect for a .22. It feels solid and is very easy to shoot. You can barely tell you're shooting live ammo with the .22LR rounds. Now the magnum rounds are a different story. It has a more pronounced feel and sound to it. I noticed it also produced tighter groups on the target for whatever reason. Possibly my increased attention to trigger pull with the larger ammo. I did have a round on the magnum cylinder "stick" and found it did not seat full into place. I pushed the round back out and reinserted it and made sure it was flush in. It did fine then. I think it just needs a good breaking-in. Overall, a nice gun and an affordable price to have some target fun with.
