Excellent customer service! The telephone conversations were curteous, respectful, and with a professional attitude.
The Colt was received in 2 days to my FFL dealer, NEW in the box, and with all accessories. The Defender seems very well assembled, no nicks, scratches, and the slide functions tight, along with the trigger.
The trigger pull is very minimal, crisp and clean break, with no excessive travel. It is near the trigger on my Gold Cup National Match.
I will be purchasing again with Hinterland Outfitters without hesitation. The price was the lowest I could find on the internet.
