I have this scope mounted on my Marlin 336 30-30. Have been using it for 5 years. I like it because of the wide view using the 50mm Optic. I hunt in the South Central Region of Missouri.

The area is mixed hardwoods and open fields. I have no trouble using it in either environment. Maximum distance I have used this to kill a deer was 200 yards that was maximum distance for the 170 grain to continue be accurate.
