This holster is a very good fit on a Taurus PT1911 (w/o rails). It is well made - which has been my experience with Galco holsters so far. It just needs a little stretching as described by Galco. I was looking for a full length holster rather than a slide to prevent the pistol from possibly being ejected when sitting down. The keeper straps fit a 1-1/2" belt well so there is no play as one could experience with a holster fitting up to 1-3/4" to 2" belts.
