The Uni-IR is the smallest and most lightweight IR laser available. This rail-mounted, infrared laser beam is only visible through night vision devices. It requires just 1.75" of any Picatinny or Weaver rail and has an additional rail built to mount other accessories. Mount on a pistol and the slide switch activation accommodates right and left-handed shooters. Or, opt for a Mantarail and momentary activation switch and attach to any rifle or long guns. The Uni-IR takes two 357 Silver Oxide batteries for more than six hours of run time.

This laser is awesome! In the marine corps I used to always use my PEQ on the lower setting for all shooting except when designating a target for close air support! This .7 MW civilian legal laser is on par thing that of mil spec lasers on the lower setting!
Sighted it in last night in less then 10 shots at 50m, then backed up to 100M and shot steel for about an hour never missing a shot! Under 25m it does bloom alittle but with an IR light u dint see it anymore! My surefire 951 doesn't wash out this laser at 25m!
That's bright enough to do anything you need to for hunting or night shooting ranges! 200 yards Is definitely alittle more challenging but not because of the lasers lack of performance but because shooting from the hip using PVS7B is a little shakey!
Once I got down on bipods it was good to go! After 200m target recognition is to poor to chance. A 200 lb black calf looks like a pig! Hope this helps anyone looking to pick one up!
The $181 shipped it cost me was the cheapst I found anywhere! Thanks for a great product, I will be buying a few more of these units in time!
Only con is that it should come with the pressure pad.
