I HAVE THIS RIFLE AND WANT ANOTHER! ALONG WITH THE UBERTI 1873 THIS RIFLE IS AT THE TOP OF THE COWBOY ACTION WANT LIST.. IT IS LIGHT, VERY SMOOTH AND VERY FAST. NOT TO MENTION IT IS RELIABLE AND DEAD ON ACCURATE. I BROKE ONE EXTRACTOR AFTER ABOUT 5000 ROUNDS, JUST DROPPED IN AMOTHER AND KEPT SHOOTING,
WITHOUT ANY SHORT STROKE KIT, WHICH SHORTENS THE LEVER THROW ON THE 1873''S, THIS RIFLE STILL OUTPERFORMS THE 73 ON A REGULAR BASIS
ALL OF THIS IS ONE OF THE BIG REASONS THESE ARE SO HARD TO FIND,

BY FAR THE TOP OF THE FOOD CHAIN IN 45LC RIFLES ALONG WITH THE 1873. YOU CANNOT SHORT STROKE THIS RIFLE BUT YOU CAN MAKE IT SMOOTHER THAN ANY OTHER RIFLE ON THE MARKET. IT ALREADY COMES SMOOTH OUT OF THE BOX, IS VERY ACCURATE AND VERY RELIABLE. IT IS LIGHT WEIGHT COMPARED TO MANY OF ITS COUNTERPARTS BUT HEAVY ENOUGH TO KEEP THE BARREL DOWN EWHEN FIRING FAST.;
ITS NO SECRET THAT MANY OF THE TOP 100 COWBOY ACTION SHOOTERS CHOOSE THIS RIFLE AS THEIR MAIN MATCH RIFLE. WHILE MANY PREFER 357/38 I WILL ALWAYS PREFER THE 45LC ROUND.
TROUBLE- GETTING ONE. YOU KNOW PAY BIG BUCKS TO GET ONE IF YOU CAN EVEN FIND ONE IN STOCK. USED RIFLES I HAVE SEEN IARE N THE 900'S.
