Great gun. Shoots straight, dropped a deer with one shot at 30yd.

Awesome, with the feel of contender or encore. Bought one last fall 2011 and I installed a 2.5-5 power pistol scope.

Sight in in six shots and got 2 inch groups at 70 yards. I was using a cedar tree for rest sitting on ground, hardly shooting range comfort. I'm sure you can try different bullets and powder weights to find a load that will touch in groups siting on the range with sand bags.

Easy to clean, load and don't kick bad at all. I have only used 80 grains of triple seven loose powder and tc 200 grain sabots.

Never shot farther than 75 yards although I think it is fully capably of longer ranges. Bought large foam zipper case and carry it in my four wheeler basket around the farm doing chores.

Now my Black powder hunts consist of the option to shoot my encore rifle or this fine gun when deer hunting. Quick second shot. With scope.

The pistol is almost impossible to shoot accurately with out a rest. If I chose an aim point or open sights it would shoot well offhand. I like the scope and only like making sure shots after all you are black powder hunting not shooting running deer with an assault rifle.

Would definitely recommend.
