Product Description

Model 597 Magnum rimfire rifles feature a stagger-stacked eight round capacity, die cast metal magazine with an innovative last shot "hold open" design. Receivers are grooved for standard rimfire mounts and drilled and tapped for Weaver-style bases. Featuring a sturdy, matte black synthetic stock with swivel studs and 20-inch sporter contour barrel with satin blued finish, the Model 597 Magnum Synthetic autoloading rimfire is designed for the rigors of high-volume shooting. The clean barrel is button rifled with a twist rate of one turn in 9 inches with six lands and grooves.
