The 45/70 give you a fast side loading gate, closed tubular magazine, a handsome Brazilian hardwood stock and clean lines. However, these rifles aren't meant to sit on our mantle.They are also available with buckhorn sights, cushioned recoil pad with spacer, side ejection, and the fast lever action.

Great site, great prices, compared to other websites. Very informative, great selection of products and also rating them above other big companies.

I would also recommend to friends and business contacts the 45-70 is the way to go as an all around hunting rifle, it will fit the need for a wide variety of game with a wide range of ammo for just about any game out there in north America.
