This is a beautiful gun. Looks and shoots wonderfully. My problem is with the firing pin block safety that Sig uses. After cleaning this gun I had trouble getting the slide back on the frame. Even when I turned it right side up the slide hung up on the plunger. No amount of pushing or prodding of the plunge would work. A quick look on a few blogs, I found this is not an uncommon problem with Sig 1911's, and a couple of guys had contacted Sig about this. Their answer was to strike the slide with your hand and force the slide over the plunger. Well I tried it and it worked, but in my opinion you shouldn't have to beat on a brand new gun to assemble it. If not for this flaw I would have given it 5 stars.
