My first piston, and I really enjoy the cycling sound it makes compared to my AR's.
Cheek lined up perfect with iron sights. I would not want any other weld rear assembly.
It throws the brass at least 12 feet high and 25 to 30 feet out at my 2 o'clock..... in other words my brass was landing in front of 2 to 6 lanes away...
con: almost each casing had a dent on the frontneck of the brass folded inward, I'm not sure if re-loaders will like that.
I've only used 62 gr. green tip fed ammo and my shots groups w/ open sight at 200yrds were about 8in, which is way better than my AR's shooting green tip.
I love the lack of blowback since I shot lefty.
Also, glad I got the polymer instead of quad rails, but the hand rail is a little short for my taste. I wear gloves so no barrel burns yet.
I love the quality to price relationship and I won't be surprised seeing this go up in price very soon.
Was not happy 30rd mag was grey and not a Magpul.
