This was my first pistol purchase and I couldn't be happier. I was originally looking at getting a Glock, but I was reading forums and reviews for two or three days and I came across the Springfield XDM.
I was impressed by how the grip felt compared to a Glock Gen4. It feels much better in the hand and I like the fact that it has a grip safety, to prevent the firearm from going off accidentally.
I would recommend this gun to anyone looking for a good polymer frame pistol.
