Love This Rifle!! Out the Box, shot 200 rds Rem 160gr, not one issue! First few shot low, but after a couple of adjustments it was on at 100yrds.

I ordered the Squad Scout on a Sunday and expected to receive it in a week or so. I got a call from my FFL dealer the following Wednesday.
Just 3 days from order to delivery. Great service Hinterland!
I bought the carbine to hunt wild hogs and chose this length due to the thick underbrush that I hunt in. The rifle is just what I expected and I was able to take a hog the first time I used it.
I guarantee that I will order again from Hinterland and will recommend them to my friends!

I want to thank Hinterland for their outstanding service. I've run into more websites where the company does not have the gun they advertise; not true with Hinterland.
The sales team was prompt to answer my questions, the gun shipped immediately, and it was exactly as I expected. I've been wanting a rifle like this for some time and Hinterland greatly exceeded my expectations.

As a longtime shooter but first time M1A owner, this rifle is everything I had hoped for and expected. It shoots like a dream, has great range, the perfect caliber, excellent firearm overall.
I think the 18" barrel of the Scout Squad model is perfect, offering long range capability in a rifle of reasonable length that's easy to manage.
I could have purchased three lesser guns for what I paid for the M1A, but you get what you pay for and this rifle is no exception.
Service from Hinterland Outfitters was great as well. They were friendly and helpful in answering the few questions I had and I received email updates throughout the entire process (order receipt, processing, shipping).
The entire process was amazingly smooth and I will definitely be buying from this company again.

Excellent and seamless service from Hinterland. This rifle shipped the same day I placed the order.
Special thanks goes to Hinterland and my gun guy, Buck, at Buck's Guns in Iowa.
The rifle was just what I expected: a stout, slightly shorter and lighter version of its NM big brother, and a joy to shoot. I will order from Hinterland in the future.
