The adjustable sight PT99 9mm pistol is based on the most extensively tested, duty proven, and widely used double action autoloader design in history - refined and enhanced by Taurus to surpass the originals. Most notable is the Taurus innovation of a three position frame mounted ambidextrous safety which allows these guns to be carried in classic DA cocked and locked mode, as well as functioning as a DA decocking lever. Other features include accessory rail, three dot micrometer adjustable low profile sights, choice of blued or stainless steel versions and the Taurus Security System.
