I ordered this rifle late 2012 from Hinterland. It was easy to order and at a price nobody could beat within a 100 mile radius of where I live even with the FFL transfer. It is also very rare to find this rifle around here. This gun is a dream to shoot. I am by no means an experienced shooter, and when I can do my part I can get groups at 200 yards at less then an inch. At 100 yards I had groups that were overlapping. My main purposes for the gun are hunting and target practice in the off season. The only downfall for the gun is potentially the weight compared to it's siblings which are a lot lighter. I don't mind the weight too much, but I can see where some people would like a lighter gun to carry around. I would have liked to have been able to order the one with the open sight but apparently those aren't offered in the states (at least I couldn't find any). I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Bought this rifles counter-part the Tikka T3 TCR Scout that has same stock without cheek piece, bi-pod or flash suppressor, a comes in 20" 1x11" twist, a couple months ago!
This rifle ran about $900 and it was a steal, as it's the best shooting rifle in my 66 year old life, This rifle is hooting great with all Federal GM Match, and Handloaded Nosler AB and Berger match bullets.
If you can't find the model I have, you will be happy with this model or order the Supervarmint Stainless as it has the same stock but without the tripod and Flash suppressor but will be threaded with a barrel nut.
Great Rifle, I believe this will out shoot the Remington/Ruger/Savage rifles in the same price range!
