Windham Arms "SRC" Rifle has been modified to be compliant with State Regulations in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. This "optics or accessory sight ready" model includes the high quality and fine accuracy we build into all our models - to which They added a compliant welded muzzle brake and a fixed position buttstock. Additionally, this model ships with a 10 Round Magazine for legality in those States.
