Finally tested on my Mossberg 500 with the EMA MR500 forend. Came off mid-shot after fourth round. Installed again and tightened as tight as possible, came off again after six rounds. Perhaps this item is not compatible with the MR500 forend...

Installed this item on EMA Tactical Mossberg 500 Triple Forend Picatinny Rail MR500. I am not too confident with the rigidity of this product from the mounting point to the actual grip and will continue to put it through some abuse (with my unloaded firearm) to build up some confidence. The mounting mechanism while it slides somewhat snug on the picatinny rail only has one fastening point, when I pulled it rearward or forward with some force it slid somewhat even after fastening the mounting screw. The handle is adjustable by depressing the circular plastic piece at the pivot point. The grip can be swiveled 180 degrees, is partially hollow, and has finger grooves which you will either love or hate depending on the size and placement of your hands. I will keep this grip to validate or alleviate my skepticism. For the price point I was expecting a slightly sturdier product as I have two other picatinny pistol grips from different manufacturers for around the same price point which I am happy with. Overall it is a basic piece of equipment if implemented correctly will either please or disappoint you, to each their own. Keep in mind my application is a Mossberg 500 which this item is probably not best suited for. However the overall design for use is practically identical regardless of weapons platform.
