Whether you have the SST-1 or the SST-2, they are the same item. SST-2 has a rubberized coating that all it does is change the way it feels against your face. Either the 1 or 2 will do the job that it was designed to do. It does create a better cheek weld for the shooter.

It slightly raises the eye to line of sight for your iron sights very well and, it just does the job. Installation is easy once you figure it out. No installation directions are included, but looking at the photos will work to help you get it installed.

I bought one to try, and once I had it on the gun, I let others try it to get their opinion. They all liked it and have ordered several. Yes, I would give it a go to a friend.
