My partners and I have shot several WT with this ammo, and it is like the old saying - what part in the death of the deer did the bullet fail ? This bullet's jacket comes apart violently and the core usually penetrates deeper. What I didn't like about it is the excessive blood shooting of meat vs other standard deer bullets. The deer in our area run 100 to 150 lbs, with the occasional big buck going 200+. I am concerned with the fusion if you shot one of these heavier bodied bucks on the point of the shoulder or a hard quartering shot if the penetration would be adequate.
