First and foremost Kel-Tec is very utilitarian I received the PF-9 for Christmas, it is extremely light weight, compact and can be concealed with ease. I have shot +p rounds but would recommend lighter loads for practice.
The gun fed and fired 5 different brands of cheap ammo and didn't miss a lick. This gun is designed for close quarter defensive weapon but I like to push the envelope and shoot targets out to 30 yards. At that range the grouping is 5-7 inches, mostly me but great for such a short sight plane and light weight weapon.
It is relatively easy to point and shoot and very manageable recoil holding on with 2 fingers on the grip. I would have gave it 5 stars but the rear sight adjustments are a little crude and need to be shimmed with foil to get it to shoot on target. ( foil shimms are what was recommended to raise rear sight).
Outside of that what you get for the price is an excellent concealable full 9 pistol in a 380 compact size that is reliable and easy to shoot.
It is not a Glock, XD, or Sig, but it wasn't designed to be in that price range, size and class, but is excellent quality and engineering. I highly recommend.
