Bought for my son as first trap gun and am very pleased. Getting the length of pull right required a thinner recoil pad (just the pad, NOT the entire butt plate), an easy fix and one we can reverse when necessary. The adjustable comb is nice for a growing youth. Recoil is negligible even with super handicap 1 1/8 oz 3 dram loads. Will move to 1oz load to help him keep his cheek down. 7/8 oz hand load did not have enough force to discharge spent shell. A little heavy for a beginner but he was able to hit 15 and 16. The right exercises (and plenty of practice) make the weight a passing concern. Excellent gun and one I expect him to have for years.
