If I hadn't purchased the CZ Tactical Sport last month I would give the witness higher marks. It does not have the level of fit and finish, nor the the self aiming feel of the CZ, nor the smoothness of the trigger. However, it is an attractive piece and far nicer than most 40's out there by far...but at this price, why not buy the original for a few dollars more? I must add also, I was somewhat put off by the description of the finish as Stainless...it is certainly not stainless steel.
