Griffin Armament is proud to introduce DUAL-LOK, the newest QD mounting system for rifle suppressors. The DUAL-LOK system is comprised from two parts, the DUAL-LOK Mount and the DUAL-LOK muzzle device (of your choice). This page is for the DUAL-LOK Paladin 2 Port Brake. The muzzle device integrates 60 machined mounting position locking grooves, which is doubled by the mount’s two locking positions, hence the double entendre DUAL-LOK. How is this achieved. The mounts’ two locking positions are machined out of phase of one another by 3 degrees which provides the 120 effective locking positions and ensures a tightly mounted and locked suppressor. When the suppressor is installed, only one of the two positions will generally function by allowing the spring to push the locking collar rearward over the splines. The DUAL-LOK Paladin Brake is a compact 2-Port Taper Mount muzzle device that is compatible with all of the DUAL-LOK Hub Mount, as well as our DUAL-LOK dedicated suppressors (not compatible with the DUAL-LOK PSR suppressor line). Geometrically designed to keep weight to a minimum, the Paladin Brake offers full size performance without the weight penalty. Equipped with two rearward directing recoil reducing ports, with vertical compensation slots, the two port brake provides flat shooting performance in addition to maximum braking power.
