Use the axel nut pipe wrench to adjust wheels, kingpin pipe wrench tightens or loosens the bolt for more stability or greater turning ease, the small nuts pipe wrench mounts the base plate to the skateboard and hex key wrench or Phillips screwdriver tip tightens the bolts. Comes in two pieces held together by magnets; use both halves of the tool together to tighten truck bolts and keep them secure.
