Placing the optic centerline 1.93 inches above the rail, this mount provides a more upright head position and improved situational awareness, making it ideal for modern carbines, LPVO setups, and night-vision-adjacent configurations. The extended cantilever positions the optic forward over the handguard, eliminating the need to bridge between the receiver and rail. The SPR/M4 mount features LaRue’s patented backbone design that rigidly connects the split vertical rings. This increases strength, repeatability, and alignment accuracy while eliminating the need for lapping.
