Submitted By: Terry R. On 09/26/2012I purchased this scope (from Hinterland) for my Super Redhawk .44 Mag. I previously had a Tasco Red Dot installed when I purchased the gun.
The gun's recoil destroyed the Red Dot Scope. This scope is ~1" longer than my previous Red Dot. It mounted nicely and bore sighted easily. Now I need to see how well it puts lead down range.
Hinterland had the best price on this scope (I found) on the internet. Their shipping (cost and time) was very reasonable.
People claim this scope will tolerate the recoil of the .44 mag--we'll see.
