Speer TMJs use Uni-Cor technology to take full metal jacket bullets to their highest level of evolution by completely encasing the lead core in a seamless jacket. TMJs won't foul ported recoil compensators like open-base bullets do. Speer swages each bullet twice, ensuring consistent diameters and a uniform heel. TMJ bullets are great for casual practice and plinking because, in addition to being super-accurate, they are economical.

This is the first time I've used the Speer 200 grain Uni-Cor bullets in my .45. After an hour on the range, using my usual lead 185 grain semi-wad cutters at 25 yards, I loaded a magazine with 7 of my new Speer 200 grain jacketed semi-wad cutters, backed up with 6.4 grains of CFE powder, I was amazed at the tight group I fired. I loaded another magazine and fired at a new target at 25 yards and had nearly the same 0.75 inch group. I am totally convinced it wasn't a fluke and will continue to use the Speer bullets. I used my Hi Point .45 Auto on the new target.
I will recommend for anyone to try these Speer 200 grain Uni-Cor bullets, both on the range and in the field.
