Starline's 9mm Super Comp was redesigned in 2003, changing the head stamp to read 9x23 Comp for easier identification because it looked too similar to the .38 Super Comp head stamp. The interior design also slightly changed to allow the seating of heavier bullets, but does not affect the performance of case for use with lighter bullets.
