Ordered it Monday, and I got it the next Monday. I would have gotten it Saturday, but my FFL dealer was closed.
I went to the range today and put 300 rounds of TulAmmo 9mm 115 grains. I won't speak much of accuracy because it was the first time I shot it. I will need to get use to the triggers. I have pretty small hands for a guy, but I can easily reach the trigger when the hammer's back. Double action is a little harder to reach, but I still can.
There is one thing I will say that was pretty impressive. I shot 300 rounds in 30 minutes. Not one single jam, no failure to feed, nothing. I put the cartridge in the mag, put the mag in the gun, and bang bang.
I gave it four stars because there are a few features I'm not fond of. First, the guide rod is plastic. I don't mean polymer; I mean like someone could confuse it for a part of his children's toys. So I'm currently searching for some type of metal guide rod. I really don't trust this plastic one especially after how hot the gun got after the first 200 rounds. The second thing I'm not fond of is the trigger. When someone says single action (this one is both double/single action), I'm thinking a 1911 like trigger when the hammer's cocked. Not so much. There was a little creep before I got to the "wall" if ya know what I mean. However, if CZ took that creep out of it, the single action would be a pretty good trigger. Th double action was a little difficult to manipulate because of my small hands. I could squeeze it with the very tip of my trigger finger. Makes me think that this pistol was more designed for a guy with medium sized hands, but smaller hands could get away with it. Thirdly and lastly and a little trivial, the magazines were very very stiff. I had a very hard time getting 14 rounds into the magazine. YES, I SAID FOURTEEN (14) ROUNDS! The magazines don't hold 15 like hinterland advertises. But the night before I went to the range, I loaded up my mags; and the stiffness had gotten out of them by the time I went to the range. So I most likely won't be keeping the mags loaded since they were so easily worn down (course I'm glad they wore down because I wouldn't be able to load fourteen shots into it).
All in all, it's a pretty decent pistol. I'm still not sure if there I'm going to use it for concealed carry. Once I get use to the trigger, I might consider it. But if you're looking for a relatively cheap reliable pistol, well sir/madam, you have found it!

I purchased this CZ 75 compact last month. Now I've shot 300 rounds. Love its accuracy, low recoil, and it can shoot any brand of ammo without a problem. My hands are relatively small. The single action works perfectly for me. However, the double action is very stiff. Probably it will be no problem for you if you have big hands. It is 2lbs, kind of heavy for concealed carry.

I have yet to purchase a firearm from CZ that wasn't a solid buy and the CZ 75 Compact is just another example of this. You can expect a quality fit, finish and well functioning firearm when purchasing this firearm. Buying from Hinterland Outfitters not only gets you a fantastic price, they make it easy to boot.

Great gun, one of the best. CZ is one of the most under-appreciated brands in the firearms market today. Excellent guns. Excellent value. Extremely reliable.

The process of going through Hinterland was great!
Ordered on a Thursday afternoon and it was shipped the next day. There was great co-operation between my dealer and Hinterland. Hinterland keep me informed of the status of the order all the way... when they were waiting for the dealer FFL, when it was received, when it was shipped, and a tracking number.
No complaints, I have added Hinterland to my list of preferred suppliers, if they have it at a competitive price, I will not hesitate to buy from them again. When the dealer told me the pistol was ready to be picked up, I checked it over closely and it was as advertised... new in the box, no questionable marks, and everything expected was there.
No BS on the part of Hinterland.... a straight up transaction.
Several months ago, I signed up for the alert me/email me when this pistol is back in stock at several places. Hinterland was the first to notify me and after three weeks, they are the only ones to notify me. How they got them before anyone else, I do not know, but I am glad they did.
As to the pistol itself, it's a CZ which means great ergonomics, balance, weight, accuracy, and dependability. I cleaned it up and took a box of mixed range brass reloads to the range.
Not one failure to feed, fire, or eject. POI and POA were the same. The trigger is a typical factory trigger at 5+ pounds, but it at the gunsmiths getting a trigger job done. Once the trigger job is done, I fully expect to have another great CZ pistol in my safe.
